On Friday 15th March, the Minister for Social Affairs and Gender Equality, Maria Consuelo Nguema Oyana, within the framework of the visit to the Moroccan city of Dakhla for the fifth consecutive Crans Montana forum in representation of the First Lady, Constancia Mangue de Obiang, visited the Phosboucraa Foundation.
The foundation is focussed on social training in five different areas: agriculture, urban development, culture and sports, the environment and crafts. The NGO was founded on 18th December 2016.
In addition, on of its main aims is to provide training opportunities for women and young people in order to improve their integration within society.
The Minister Maria Consuelo Nguema Oyana was accompanied by the technical chief from her cabinet, Pedro Ondo Abeku, during the visit.
