Ministerial Order on work of observers during upcoming elections

On 27th September, the Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative Coordination, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, signed a Ministerial Order regulating the operation of the work of national and international observers who will take part in the upcoming national elections. We are including the full text with this article.

The Government deems it convenient and opportune to establish control mechanisms through an exchange of experiences with national and international bodies and institutions that it is inviting to take part in the capacity of observers, who through their presence, will be able to suggest improvements necessary for the successful holding of the various electoral contests.
