New Indian Ambassador introduces himself before Minister for Foreign Affairs

The Indian Government has appointer for the first time an Ambassador with residency in Equatorial Guinea, man Mohon Bhanot, who presented his Credentials to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Simeon Oyono Esono Angue.

During the ceremony, the minister Simeon Oyono Esono Angue, for his part, welcomed the Indian diplomat, reaffirming the priority that the Equatoguinean Government gives to relations with India.

Furthermore, Oyono Esono expressed the will of the Government that relations between the two countries are extended into various sectors, taking into account that the diplomatic and bilateral relations between India and Equatorial Guinea at present are at a good point in various sectors.

To do that, the two States have signed significant agreements. Man Mohon Bhanot is a diplomat with thirty years’ experience. He has been his country’s ambassador to Syria, Spain, the Russian Federation and Uganda.
