The presentations under the preliminary study in second reading of the documents of the Draft Law on 2019 General State Budgets, the execution report to 30th June for the 2018 General State Budgets continued in Sipopo. The resulting reports from the work will be put before the corresponding commissions.
In the sub-commission moderated by the senator Jaime Ela Ndong, they are debating the draft law on the 2019 General State Budgets, specifically, the explanation of reasons, the 28 articles, 8 chapters, and repeal and final provisions making up the text of the project.
This project included income, spending and investment that the Government will carry out in the 2019 period, taking into account that it was drawn up within the economic and financial framework established in the national development programme, and takes into account the current economic situation, which is forcing a revision and extension of economic and financial measures.
On the same day, the subcommision overseen by the senator Ilidio Boya Riochi also met, to continue with the preliminary analysis of the Execution report to 30th June of the 2018 General State Budgets, with regards to income, spending and investment, and gather the concerns, observations and questions they agree to submit to the Government.
