Nsue Mokuy meets UNDP representative and US Ambassador

On Friday 9th March, the Third Vice Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Human Rights, Alfonso Nsue Mokuy, received in his office at the Presidency of the Government the United States Ambassador, Julie Furuta-Toy, and the Permanent UNDP Representative, Mar Gadio Cumba.

During the audience with the Coordinator of the United Nations System and UNDP Representative in Malabo, they looked at matters related to the report that Equatorial Guinea has to present in 2019 to various United Nations committees.

In relation to the meeting with the United States Ambassador, Julie Furuta-Toy, in addition to congratulating Alfonso Nsue Mokuy for continuing in his post, they spoke about the problem of human trafficking in Equatorial Guinea, and the actions that our country is taking to resolve the situation.
