At the request of the President of the Republic, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, in his capacity as President of the Higher Council of Judicial Power, the Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative Coordination, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue has met with the directors of judicial bodies.
On Friday 7th April, in Djibloho, Obama Asue met with the presidents of the Supreme Court of Justice, Juan Carlos Ondo Angue; the Constitutional Court, Salvador Ondo Nkumu; and the Public Prosecutor of the Republic, David Nguema Obiang. The aim of the meeting was to find mechanisms to strengthen and accelerate judicial activities in the country.
Juan Carlos Ondo Angue pointed out that the collaboration between the three powers which govern the nations was vital in order to obtain better results regarding problems such as delinquency or criminality, which must be applied with determination in order to guarantee the well-being of citizens, something that can only be achieved when their is guaranteed judicial safety.
The meeting, which lasted fro more than an hour, was attended by the Minister for Public Administration and Administrative Reform, Faustino Ndong Esono, representing the Minister General Secretary of the Presidency of the Government, Baltasar Esono Oworo Nfono, the Minister for Justice, Worship and Penitentiary Institutions, Evangelina Filomena Oyo Ebule, and the Deputy Minister from this department, Juan Olo Mba.
