The Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative Coordination, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, has received in his office at the Presidency of the Government a delegation from the International Monetary Fund, which is in our country on a working mission.
The deputy leader of the institution for Africa, Lisandro Abregon, led the delegation which was interviewed by the Prime Minister on the afternoon of 8th June.
During the audience, conversations between Obama Asue and Lisandro Abregon focussed on mechanisms to boost the economy on the country, through the strengthening of other production sectors apart from petroleum, the main source of income for the country.
Obama Asue was accompanied by the Minister for Finance and Budgets, Miguel Engonga Obiang, and the Secretary of State, Charged with the Treasury, Milagrosa Obono Angue.
