The General Secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea (PDGE), Jeronimo Osa Osa Ecoro, held a meeting on the afternoon of Friday 14th December, with the Presidents of the party’s Monitoring Commissions, to present them with the money that the President Founder of the PDGE, Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, had sent to the militancy to cover the Christmas and new Year’s celebrations.
Apart from the economic provision, the PDGE General Secretary passed on to those present the congratulations of Obiang Nguema Mbasogo for their hard work leading the party, and also delivered a text message sent by the President Founder to the militancy; a message that Osa Osa Ecoro asked the Presidents of the Monitoring Commissions to translate into the various traditional languages in their respective districts.
The success of the party lies in its structures, which pass on the policies of the President Founder”, asserted Osa Osa Ecoro.
In addition, the General Secretary, in the name of the President Founder, recognised the work by the Presidents of the Monitoring Commissions, assuring them that they are working for the success of the party, “The success of the work of the party does not lie with the General Secretary, but in the directives of the party structures that carry out the policies of the President Founder. I am no more than a mere transmitter and supervisor, because we are all militants in this great party, submitted to the ideology and political philosophy of our President, and thanks to this ideology we have been reaping positive results to date; I want us to continue along these lines so that our party can continue to be pioneering, the party that promotes the development of the country and has to place all the foundations, as it has placed them for future generations in order to create a country that is economically and politically dependable; so that our country continues to enjoy political stability”.
