On 29th May, in one of the meeting rooms at the Palace of Conferences in Sipopo, the temporary headquarters of the Ombudsman’s Office, the presentation of certificates for the three-month training course for officials took place.
The presentation of certificates began with words from the Ombudsman, Marcelino Nguema Onguene, and his deputy, Reginaldo Egido Panades.
The course was financed by the Government and coordinated by the Ombudsman’s Office, with the collaboration of experts from the Business School of Spain and the Catholic University of Ecuador. The course was also attended by representatives from some constitutional bodies.
Administrative Law, the Equatorial Guinea Basic Law, the Law on Administrative Procedure, and the Organic Law Regulating the Ombudsman were covered during the course.
