The Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Brazil, Wilfredo Obama Ela Mangue, delivered his credentials to the President of Peru, H. E. Pedro Pablo Kuczynski Godard, in an official ceremony held at the Peruvian Government House.
During the interview with the Head of State of the country, Obama Ela passed on cordial greetings from the Head of State, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, to his Peruvian counterpart, and underlined the desire of Equatorial Guinea to improve the channels of cooperation and diplomatic agreements between the two countries.
In his visit, Obama Ela visited various business and academic centres, and met figures from politics and the diplomatic corps accredited in Peru. He also received an invitation to give a conference at the Ricardo Palma University on his return to Peru.
Furthermore, the Equatoguinean ambassador signed an agreement with the Peruvian University of Sciences and Information (UPCI) and visited the Corporation of Education Business, while also visiting the installations of the Ministry for Foreign Relations and the Torre Tagle Palace.
