The President of the Republic, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, left on 30th August from Malabo, bound for Beijing (People’s Republic of China), to attend the China-Africa Cooperation Forum.
At Malabo airport to wish the President a pleasant trip were the Vice-President of the Republic, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, the First Vice Prime Minister, Clemente Engonga Nguema Onguene, and various ministers and advisers to the Presidency of the Republic, among other authorities.
The theme of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum for 2018 is to Build an even more solid community of destiny between China and Africa. This forum is also going to inject new energy into the relations between the two regions.
This is the tenth visit made by H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo to the Asian country.
