President receives Minister for Foreign Affairs from Republic of Congo

The Head of State, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, granted an audience on 27th march in his office at the People’s Palace in Malabo to Jean Claude Gokosso, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Special Envoy of H. E. Dennis Sassou Ngueso. Following that, he met Alberto Ruiz Thierry, General Coordinator of the Centrist Democrat International (IDC-CDI).

The Envoy from Brazzaville was the bearer of a written message to the leader of the nations, within the framework of diplomatic relations uniting the two countries.

During the audience, the attendance of the Ministry for Hydrocarbons in Congo at the work of the upcoming Conference of African Hydrocarbons Ministers, which is to take place in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, was announced.

In the audience granted by the President to Alberto Ruiz Thierry, General Coordinator of the Centrist Democrat International (IDC-CDI), the two looked at various current national and international issues.

In this meeting the head of State was accompanied by the PDGE General Secretary, Jeronimo Osa Osa Ecoro, and Carmelo Nvono-Nca, Republic of Guinea Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Ambassador in Brussels.
