Okong Oyek, founded by Olama Nsua Mekina, is one of the oldest and most heavily populated places in Ebebiyin. It also has a polytechnic where young people from various places learn the specialities of agriculture, administration and carpentry. The centre was created in 1986 by the Carmelite congregation of Druna.
The President and the First Lady also went to the new municipality of Ongoma Eseng, within Zone “C” of Ebebiyin where, in order to provide a warm reception for the State entourage, the inhabitants of Adurelang, Eves, Ntoho, Bitet, Otunga, Angok, Eson, and others making up the new administrative city, gathered.
Ongoma Eseng or Ngoman Eseng was founded by Eya Monsuy, and was the meeting point during colonial times for the Eseng tribe, in order to address family matters, according to its spokesperson.

In another section from his speech to those gathered, he invited parents to oversee the training of young people, in order that they can avoid facing the future with the risk of unemployment and delinquency.
In Okong Oyek, Ongoma Eseng and EteveiA, the presidential couple were the recipients of generous gifts.
Following a blessing from a priest, and the laying of the first stones for the construction of the new municipalities, where the investment reaches over 20 thousand million Franco CFA financed by the Government of the nation, the locals from EteveiA provided a reception for the guests.
