Decree number 11/2018, of 2nd February, outlining the Government reshuffle through constitutional mandate.
With the National Parliament constituted; once the swearing in of the members of the tables from both Chambers, together with that of the Senators in their Second legislature and the Deputies in their Eighth, arising from the Legislative and Municipal General Elections held on 12th November 2017, and;
In view of Article 78 of Equatorial Guinea Basic Law;
Also in view of Article 10 of Law number 8/2015, of 28th May, Regulations for Elections to the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate, Municipals and Referendums in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea; using the faculties granted to me under Article 41, subparagraph h, of Basic State Law, I hereby order the cessation of the Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative Coordination, the Vice Prime Ministers and other members of the Government, due to the cited legal provisions, while thanking them for the services provided.
I thus order through this Decree, issued in Malabo on the 2nd day of the month of February, two thousand and eighteen.
