H.E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo sent congratulatory messages to the King of the United Arab Emirates, the President of Germany and the President of India.
The Head of State of Equatorial Guinea signed the three congratulatory letters. The letter addressed to H.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, contains congratulations on the 68th Anniversary of his birth. Besides wishing him “wellbeing, health and long life,” the President stressed “our desire to maintain and strengthen the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation between our two peoples.”
The second message was sent to H.E. Joachim Gauck, President of the Federal Republic of Germany, also for his birthday, in this case, for his 75th anniversary. “On this occasion, we wish you wellbeing, health and a long life. Wishes that we ask you extend to your august family, while we reaffirm our willingness to maintain and strengthen the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation between our two peoples,” said the message.
Finally, the third message was sent to H.E. Pranab Kumar Mukherjee, President of the Republic of India, for the commemoration of Independence: “The People of Equatorial Guinea and his Government join me in expressing to Your Excellency and the Indian people our most sincere and warmest congratulations for the Anniversary of Proclamation of the Republic of your country, on January 26. On this occasion, we express our determination to maintain and strengthen the increasingly excellent relations of friendship and cooperation that exist between our two peoples.”
