Prime Minister holds audience with UNICEF Representative

On the morning of 27th February, the Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative Coordination, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, held audience with the Representative from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Antero Almeida de Pina.

The meeting took place in the Prime Minister’s office, at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Government, with the main aim of reviewing matters of interest between the Executive and UNICEF; particularly, the presentation of the programme for 2018 on the Defence of Children’s Rights in Equatorial Guinea.

During the audience, Antero Almeida de Pina congratulated Obama Asue on his re-election, and also passed on his thanks to the Government for its constant support for the institution he represents.

The Prime Minster of the Government was assisted by the Adviser to the Presidency of the Government, Charged with Administrative Affairs, A�ngel Ndong Micha, and the directors from his Office, while the Representative of the United Nations fund was accompanied by Mariana Coolican, specialist in social policy, and Alejandro Escalona.
