The commissions designated to prepare the Third National Economic Conference, both technical and political, met on the morning of 29th March to present their corresponding reports before the Prime Minister of the Government, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, on the degree of progress for the work, as an essential part of the execution of this event, when there is now less than one month before it begins.
The Third National Economic Conference will be divided into two different sessions; a technical session which will be held from 22nd to 26th April, and a political session, which will take place from 2nd to 4th May.
Within the framework of the celebration of the conference, the organisation of an event on youth and the empowerment of women has been planned.
Cesar Hinestrosa Gomez, Secretary of State for Industry and Energy, in an interview with TVGE on the current state of preparations for this work, declared his optimism regarding the success of the conference.
