On 18th April, the Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative coordination, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, received in audience the General Secretary of the African Development Bank, professor Vicente Nmehielle.
During the meeting, the two figures spoke about matters relating to cooperation between the AfDB and the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
From 11th to 14th June, Malabo will host the annual meetings of this banking institution, whose aim is to promote economic development and social progress in African countries.
Equatorial Guinea was chosen as the host country for the AfDB annual meetings in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, in 2016, during the institution’s meeting of the Board of Governors.
At this meeting the Prime Minister of the Government was accompanied by the Minister for Finance, the Economy and Planning, Cesar Augusto Mba Abogo.
