On 4th September, the Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Administrative coordination, Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, visited the delegations of Public Administration and Administrative Reform, and Work, Employment Promotion and Social Security.
At the meeting, which brought together public employees from the two delegations, the Administration Coordinator appealed to a sense of nationalism, while underlying the importance for an official to respect the hierarchy, punctuality and presence in their posts. He also insisted on respect for that which is stipulated by law. With respect to the charging of public fees, he referred to corruption as “a gangrene, an illness”suffered by the administration.
Knowledge of current legislation in the Civil State Administration and its specific field of application was also one of the issues raised.
The meeting was attended by both the Regional Delegate for Public Administration and Administrative Reform, Agustin Gabriel Esono Nchama, and the Delegate for Work, Employment Promotion and Social Security, Lusi Ndong Nguere.
