A total of one thousand four hundred teachers have begun a two year training course, with the aim of achieving quality in education. After the course, the students will have the accreditation necessary to work in the profession.
The Ministry for Education is continuing to work in its action plan for quality in teaching, the Equatorial Guinea Development Programme (PRODEGE), and has organised a training cycle for Primary and Pre-school teachers throughout the country, with a teaching aptitude certification.
