After having concluded the implementation of the first Area (Basic Educational Theory) for the Plan for Training towards obtaining the Educational Aptitude Certificate (CAP), at the end of the month of June 2018, PRODEGE is preparing the start of the implementation of the second Ares (Education in Maths in Pre-school and Primary).
This preparation consists in training all coordinators and secretaries in the teaching circles/networks (as facilitators of the training within the circles/networks), inspectors and coordinators of Pre-school (such as training supervisors), on the content of the training guides, the handling of evaluation tools and quality control for the second Area Training Plan towards obtaining the CAP.
In order to achieve logistical efficiency, PRODEGE has organised the training in accordance with the following:
-in the Continental Region, from Monday 10th to Saturday 15th September, and in accordance with the origin of the participants: Mbini, 46 participants from the school districts of Mbini and Kogo; 138 participants from the school districts in the Province of Kie Ntem-Niefang; 107 participants from the school districts in the Province of Centro Sur; AAisok, 171 participants from the school districts in the Province of Wele-Nzas, and 207 participants from the school district of Bata.
Between 17th and Saturday 22nd September, in the Insular Region: Malabo, 200 participants from the school districts of Malabo, Luba, Riaba and Baney; from Monday 24th to Saturday 29th September, 8 participants from the Province of Annobon (idem, in accordance with availability of commercial flights).
At the end of this workshop, the coordinators, secretaries of the circles/networks, inspectors and coordinators of Pre-school will have the knowledge, materials and tools required in order that the teachers can begin to develop the second Area Training Plan at the beginning of October 2018.
