The First Lady, Constancia Mangue de Obiang, has provided one million Franco CFA to the family of Maria A�frica Seriche Mba, beneficiary of one of the 18 homes that the godmother of the most disadvantaged layers financed for refurbishment, in the municipality of Moka.
The First Lady’s Director General for Press, Benjamin Mangue Micha, presented the donation to the family of the deceased. The presentation took place on 19th July, in representation of the First Lady, in the presence of the Government Delegate from the District of Luba and the Mayor of Moka, among other district and municipal authorities,
The deceased, 36, was a single mother of five children from 6 to 14 years of age. On 15th June, Seriche Mba received the keys to her home from the Deputy Director General from the First Lady’s Office, Maripaz Asangono. One month later the young mother died, barely having enjoyed her decent home.
