Work is continuing on the V Invest in Africa Forum at the International Conference Centre in Kintele The Senegalese President gave a pragmatic speech in the presence of his counterparts from Brazzaville and Kinshasa.
H. E. Macky Sall spoke within the framework of the course of the work of the forum, in his capacity as co-president of the forum, on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
The Senegalese president pointed out that investing in Africa and in sectors providing guarantees and security implies that the Africa governments must have well-trained human resources. China-Africa cooperation is a win-win cooperation. he also appealed for unity with H. E. Felix Tshisekedi Tshilombo, from Kinshasa, and H. E. Denis Sassou Nguesso, from Brazzaville, so that the two heads of State reach a common agreement for the construction of a bridge over the River Congo, which separates the two closest capitals in the world, and thus take advantage of the cooperation of the two countries with the Asian giant.
Following the speech from the Senegalese president, the work continued with a round table, in which experts in investment sectors indicated that the concern of any investor is the guarantee and the good business climate, and then pointed out that the governments within the African Union are urging the States to pursue industrialisation in all sectors of society, not only in the construction of ports, roads, housing, and airports, but also in fishing, livestock and agriculture.
