A delegation from the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, PDGE, headed by the First Deputy General Secretary, Armando Ela Nsue Mengue, accompanied by the Second Deputy, Judit Nfono Ngomo, is in the Kingdom of Spain to hold working sessions with the Foreign Cell of the PDGE in Spain. Ela Nsue gave a speech to the foreign cell, the content of which is attached here.

We are also attaching the speech delivered by the First Deputy Secretary General of the PDGE during the closing of the work of Monday 19th September, the Seminar on Information and Training for the effective participation of women in the political, economic and socio-cultural sector.
