Termination and appointments in Equatorial Guinea embassies

The President of the Republic has published a termination and two appointments of diplomatic posts in the Equatorial Guinea embassies in the Kingdom of Spain, Uganda and the United States.

Bonifacio Mitogo Bindang leaves the post of First Secretary at the accredited Embassy of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea in the Kingdom of Spain.

“For the convenience of a better service, and using the faculties granted to me under Article 41, subparagraph h), of Basic State Law, I hereby order the termination of Bonifacio Mitogo Bindang in the post of First Secretary at the accredited Embassy of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea in the Kingdom of Spain.

Issued in Malabo, on the 11th day of the month of January, 2018.

Decree No. 3, of 11th January, appointing Jose Jaime Ondo Ndong Bakale as accredited Republic of Equatorial Guinea Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Republic of Uganda (Kampala).

With respect to the circumstances met by this person, and using the faculties granted to me under Article 39, subparagraph I, of Basic State Law, I hereby appoint Jose Jaime Ondo Ndong Bakale as accredited Republic of Equatorial Guinea Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Republic of Uganda.

I thus order through this Decree, issued in Malabo on the 11th day of the month of January, 2018.
