Subsequent to the dissolution of the previous structure of accounts auditors in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, a test was carried out in the headquarters of Gepetrol in Malabo on Tuesday, 27 August for accessing the aforementioned positions.
A total of two hundred applicants participated in the test. In his press statements, the Director of Autonomous Organizations and Public Enterprises, Arturo Nguema Abogo, highlighted that there were members of the government who were also working as auditors. The law does not allow this compatibility, which is why the previous structure was abolished.
Following the test, those selected will go on to carry out training. A new recruitment system is sought after through the use of this test in order to achieve a greater performance and efficiency, as well as a reliable accounting system.
