After spending about a year in the Continental Region of the country, members of the Government are now preparing their return to the capital of the nation.
This is the announcement made by the Prime Minister of the Government for Administrative Coordination, Vicente Ehate Tomi, to the members of the Government present at the meeting which took place on the morning of Tuesday, February 24, in the meeting room of the provisional government headquarters in Bata.
Flanked by the First Deputy Prime Minister for the Political Sector and Democracy and Minister of Internal Affairs and Local Corporations, Clemente Engonga Nguema Onguene, the Prime Minister said that the Government has decided to end its presence in the Continental Region, notwithstanding that, if required by the activities of the chambers, its members would travel to Bata.
The Government moved to the capital of the continent about a year ago to strengthen with its presence the implementation of the comprehensive program scheduled for that region.
