The President Holds a Meeting with Chinese Vice Minister of Foreign Relations

The President of the Republic, Head of State and Government, S. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, held a meeting this Friday with a delegation from the People’s Republic of China, led by their Minister of Foreign Relations, Zhang Ming.

The main objective of this meeting was to exchange opinions regarding the implementation of agreements carried out in the framework of the China-Africa cooperation forum, and the friendship and cooperation between Equatorial Guinea and China.

Both public figures also talked about the reinforcement of the friendship ties and cooperation that join Malabo and Beijing in different sectors, in addition to international and regional matters of common interest.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Agapito Mba Mokuy, and the Equatorial Guinean Ambassador accredited in China, German Ekua Sima, were present in this meeting.
