Third Vice Prime Minister receives Cuban Ambassador

On Tuesday 9th May, the Third Vice Prime Minister of the Government, Charged with Human Rights, Alfonso Nsue Mokuy, received in his office at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Government, the Cuban Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, Rodobaldo RaA�l Isasa Herrera.

The conversations between Alfonso Nsue Mokuy and Rodobaldo RaA�l Isasa Herrera focussed on the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation that the Republic of Equatorial Guinea maintains with the Republic of Cuba.

Following the audience, the ambassador declared that “We spoke about various matters of a bilateral nature, because in recent years we have shared a reciprocal contribution within the context of our relations”.

The ambassador also presented Alfonso Nsue Mokuy with an invitation to take part in the Third International Conference on Childhood Protection, which will take place in the city of Havana, and he passed on the support of Cuba for the candidacy of Equatorial Guinea for a non-permanent post on the United Nations Security Council.
