The population of the Republic of Uganda, a country located in East Africa, is receiving, on 26th and 27th of April, a State visit from the President of the Republic, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, at the invitation of his counterpart, the Head of State, H. E. Yoweri Kagunta Museveni.
All the streets and avenues are ready: flags of the host country and of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea are flying, accompanied by messages of welcome and friendship, together with various portraits of the Presidents, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo and H. E. Yoweri Museveni.
On Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th, members of the media selected to cover this state visit were given their accreditations, together with those for the members of the delegations which will form part of the various meetings scheduled.
According to the programme, the Equatoguinean Head of State, besides the activities of the official visit, will take part as special guest in the Conference on the Annual Convention for Petroleum and Gas, which from 25th has been taking place in the city of Kampala, where he will give a speech in his capacity as President of a country producing these fuels.
The signing of various cooperation agreements, a press conference, and a joint communique are also programmed.
