Vice-Minister for Health sets out opening of Oyala Fertility Centre

The Vice-Minister for health and Social Welfare, Mitoha Ondo’o Ayekaba, oversaw, on Wednesday 31st July, various working meetings of the Cabinet of the Equatorial Guinea Ministry for health and Social Welfare and Directors from the Arpa Medica Group in Madrid, to technically evaluate the preparatory phase for the launch of the Oyala fertility centre (OFC).

The working sessions brought together those responsible for the various areas involved in the opening of the future centre.

The Oyala fertility Centre will be a centre of excellence aimed at the patient, using the latest generation equipment and the best professionals in Assisted Reproduction, Gynaecology, Paediatrics and General Medicine”, underlined Mitoha Ondo’o Ayekaba.

In addition, they also covered various essential aspects for the implementation of the OFC , such as the Law on Sexual Rights and Assisted Reproduction, contracting protocols, the various remodelling works and new structures, equipment and delivery dates, marketing and communication, and the implementation of ICT, among other essential components for its upcoming launch.
