Vice-President hands out gifts to children in the country

As is the custom at this time, the Vice-President of the Republic, Charged with Defence and State Security, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, is giving out toys to all the children in the country.

This December 2017 enjoyed a departure from the traditional campaign of gift distribution for Equatoguinean children; the delivery did not begin on the island of Bioko, as is the custom, but on the continental part of the country.

On 30th the boys and girls of Malabo received their toys from the Vice-President of the Republic. The presentation took place in the Cathedral Square in the capital, where the children gathered to receive their gifts from Teodoro Nguema Obiang, who that have affectionately nicknamed “Father Christmas of Equatorial Guinea”.
