Since Wednesday 24th July, the former president of the Republic of Sierra Leone, H. E. Ernest Bai Koroma, who was president of his country from September 2007 to April 2018, has been visiting our country.
Within the framework of this visit, the head of State, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, and the leader of the APC Party (All People’s Congress), H. E. Bai Koroma, spoke at the Leaders’ Club in Mongomo, where they reviewed the ties of brotherhood between the two countries.
The last visit made to our country by the former Sierra Leone leader was in May 2017, during the IV Consultative Summit of the Committee of the ten AU C-10 Heads of State, on reforms to the United Nations Security Council, in the city of Sipopo. At that summit, Bai Koroma acted as coordinator.
At the end of this courtesy visit, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo provided a dinner for the illustrious guest.
