On Monday 5th August, the Head of State and Government, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, visited the complex of buildings housing the Teodoro Obiang Nguema Museum and Library, in the provincial capital of Wele Nzas.
“World Peace is a right for all and an essential requirement for the survival of humanity. Remember that International Peace and Security can only be guaranteed when each country enjoys internal peace and when basic, inalienable rights are respected”, are some of the sentences that citizens can read in the Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo Library in Mongomo.
Accompanied by the Minister for Culture and Craft Promotion, Rufino Ndong Esono Nchama, and the Director of Ssangyong, the construction company, the aim of the visit was to see the extent of the progress in the construction work being carried out by the South Korean company.
Along those lines, the Head of State gave some advice to those present in order to better complete the work on the institution that houses the entire historical archive of the President of the Republic, made up of audio-visual and printed material , and logistical material.
Furthermore, is also has an auditorium with a capacity for 350 people, a fully equipped conference room, archives, offices, and a workshop for the restoration of the objects to be displayed.
