The executive at the Ministry for Finance and Budgets met in an executive council meeting on 20th October, to look at various matters relating to the operation of the department and central State administration. The act was overseen by the Minister, Miguel Engonga Obiang.
The minister, assisted by the Deputy Minister and the Secretary of State Charged with Financial Control, Monserrat Afang Ondo and Eusebio Ipico Penda respectively, oversaw the working session of the executive council, which took place in the meeting room at the department.
Four issues read by the General Secretary, Clementino Meda Seriche, were on the agenda: a brief summary of the minutes of the last two meetings of the council; the draft decree to reorganise the organic structure of the General Directorate for Customs and the main customs administration, and the report on the evolution of the installations for the subordinate tax administrators.
