Banwa: At least 162 high school graduates, including 70 girls, attended the compulsory patriotic immersion at the Banwa provincial high school on Monday, August 11, 2025. The Defense and Security Forces (FDS), supervisors, and provincial authorities welcomed high school graduates from Banwa province for a month of compulsory patriotic immersion.

According to Burkina Information Agency, equipped with mats, buckets, blankets, and sportswear, the future students will learn civics and patriotism alongside supervisors and instructors. The Secretary General of Banwa Province, Abdoul Kader Kong Zabr©, called on the graduates to be proud of themselves because immersion is an act of love for their country.

Abdoul Kader Kong Zabr© emphasized the importance of the initiative, stating, "Respect order and discipline and remember that you are the future of Burkina Faso, because every action, every effort, every value learned today will serve to build a stronger Faso tomorrow."

In adherence to the program's regulations, money, cell phones, and other items were taken from some high school graduates who attempted to dodge the rules, ensuring a focused and disciplined environment for all participants.
