Namentenga: The High Commissioner of the province of Namentenga, Adama Conseiga, proceeded on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in Boulsa, to the laying of the first stone of construction of the center for the mentally ill, in the Kuils© region. The new private center for the mentally ill in Boulsa will be built by the Association for Integrated Development Guesb©ogo (ADIG), with the aim of supporting state structures in the care of the mentally ill.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the foundation stone was laid by Adama Conseiga, who was accompanied by Issaka Sangla, the president of the special communal delegation of Boulsa, and Yacouba Niki¨ma, the representative of the sponsor of the ceremony. ADIG has received technical and financial support from both local and international partners for the project's implementation.

The High Commissioner praised Blaise Sandouidi, the president of ADIG, for his leadership and expressed gratitude to the partners involved in the construction of the new center in Boulsa.
