Mr. Meda recalled that the major concern of the highest education authorities remains the quality of teaching/learning. It is in this context, he added, that the government, with the support of partners, has undertaken important reforms aimed at improving the education system through the introduction of several innovations.
The CCEB urged participants to take ownership of the conference theme, to deepen their reflection and to make it a personal project, to build a school that is "fair, inclusive and efficient, capable of training responsible citizens committed to the defense of the homeland."

The PDS invited teachers to be fully involved in the success of this initiative, emphasizing that "the appropriation of reforms by field actors is the key to their success."
Following the opening ceremony, the participants, divided into four groups, continued their work in schools 'B' and 'C' in Dissihn. They attended various presentations led by their educational supervisors.
