The National Bank of Equatorial Guinea (BANGE), with the aim of continuing to improve its services to the public and draw nearer to its customers, has launched a customer service number: +240 222 31 80 11, which is also available for WhatsApp messaging services.
BANGE has launched this new service so that customers can send their complaints, claims and suggestions.
As a consequence, customers can call on working days from 8.00 to 16.00, from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday, from 9.00 to 14.00. The SMS and WhatsApp messaging services will be available 24 hours a day.
Through this new provision, BANGE has added to the email@example.com mailbox this channel, in order to resolve the problems of its main asset, the customers.
