Tenkodogo: The presidential initiative Faso Mªbo gained substantial backing on Saturday in the form of material and food donations, presented in the courtyard of the Tenkodogo brigade. These contributions were made by an economic operator, a village, and a church from the Nakamb© region.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the company Elhadj Bambara et Fils, which specializes in cement sales, contributed 40 tons of cement to support the initiative. Mr. Ayouba Bambara, representing the company, emphasized their commitment to the presidential initiative, calling on all residents of Nakamb© to participate in realizing the vision of Captain Ibrahim Traor©.
Village chief Naaba Suugri of Gourg-Saampa presented additional support on behalf of his constituents. The contribution included a ton of cement, two wheelbarrows, ten choifs, two trowels, and two shovels. These were handed over to the president of the special delegation (PDS) of Tenkodogo, Sami B©renger Pooda, with Adaman Kambon© and Lieutenant Abdoul Fatah Sawadogo of the Faso Mªbo brigade in attendance. Naaba Suugri also announced plans for village youth to assist with the project work soon.
The Temple of Glory Church, represented by Richard Ou©draogo on behalf of Pastor Kader Diallo, donated five bags of cement and provided meals prepared on-site for the workers. About fifty church members participated, and the church plans to continue its support as resources permit.
Sami B©renger Pooda, PDS, reiterated the importance of cement and sand supplies but highlighted the need for other materials such as seaklite and engine oil. He encouraged donors to consult beforehand to prevent any disruption in the project's progress.
