H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo receives Victor Mooney in audience

The President of the Republic, Head of State and Government and President Founder of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, spoke on Monday at the People’s Palace in Malabo to the US entrepreneur, Victor Mooney, who was accompanied by his wife, Su-Ping.
The meeting, which took place in the Ambassadors’ Hall, served as a framework, among other matters, for Mooney to present a book on the history of Pope John Paul II, as a sign of gratitude for the support given to him by H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.
Speaking to the presidential press, Victor Mooney described the leader of the nations as a good Christian.
During the audience, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo and the American, in the presence of the Deputy Minister to the Presidency of the Republic in the Department for Missions, Job Obiang Esono, also exchanged impressions on the distinguished figure of John Paul II, who visited our country in 1982.
